For the area of our Sales International based in Lahr we are looking for you for the position of the

Business Development Manager (m/f) Radiant Heating and Cooling Ceiling Systems

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for sales and sales margins within the responsibilities for the Radiant Heating and Cooling Ceiling Systems product line
  • Management and organization of all sales and marketing activities
  • Developing and expanding the Radiant Heating and Cooling Ceiling Systems distributor network
  • Acquisition of new customers and further development of existing customer relationships (e.g. distributors, craftsmen, installers, planners, architects) and sales channels
  • Providing transparency through KPIs, reports and using CRM
  • Providing customers and employees with in-depth technical and commercial advice and support
  • Monitor and analyze competitor and market activities
  • Organization of trainings for customers and / or employees
  • Active participation in industry associations and exhibitions if required
  • Devising regional-specific marketing and sales concepts and strategies
  • Using your technical competence and commercial skills, you will offer customers solutions to problems and emphasize the added value of “your” products
  • Creation of business plans in consultation with the Head Sales International

Your qualification:

  • Completed studies (B.A./M.A) in economics or as an HVAC engineer or a comparable apprenticeship with relevant work experience in the HVAC industry
  • At least 5 years of relevant international experience in a comparable function
  • Experience in the HVAC industry / market is an advantage but not a must
  • Very good technical understanding of the relevant products
  • Ability to analyze and interpret key performance indicators and to derive measures
  • Knowledge in multi-step sales channels (direct, 2-step or 3-step sales) is an advantage
  • Good knowledge in SAP and MS Office
  • English negotiable / presenter level
